In Gearless Machines, base rolls rotate with fixed axis. While the head roll moves down and up to bend the metal profiles. These machines are economical and rugged design yet ensue in elongated flat ends, which require to be trimmed if undesirable. All rolls are powered; hence, bending with least damage to surface is possible. In some models of our Gearless Machines, both rolls traverse down and up permitting curving of even sides while top roller place is fixed.
